Be aware that the import tariffs are still in effect. Tariffs must be paid on all packages to the US, but US customs does not yet have a clear procedure for handling these.  In my experience, even importing within the stated safe limits –describing the shipment as a gift with a low import value– is NOT a guarantee that you won't be charged extra fees. - Payment methods:
Cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), iDEAL, Paypal, Apple Pay and Bancontact (provided by Mollie payment service).
- Packaging types:
Risograph and giclée prints are shipped to you in acid-free transparent paper, wrapped between cardboard and bubble wrap, in a cardboard envelope. If a print is too large for an envelope (such as the Sand Castle Battle print), I use a cardboard tube. The book 'The Engine Room' will be shipped as a letterbox-sized package. Ceramic tiles are shipped in a wooden sleeve with cardboard sides, wrapped in kraft paper.
- Reflection period and returns:
Read all conditions on returns at the terms & conditions page, section 3.8.
- How many items fit in a package up to 2 kg?
For this you can send one parcel with max. 6 tiles, or one parcel with max. 6 prints or one parcel with max. 2 books. (An exception to this are orders containing  the Sand Castle Battle  print. This is shipped in a tube and 3 additional prints can be added).
- The print is sold out. Can you make new ones and/or print it larger?
I'm afraid that's not possible; resizing or printing additional copies will devalue the 'original' print.
- Processing / shipping time:
Processing time is 2 to 7 business days. Shipping typically takes 1 business day to the Netherlands, approximately 5 to 10 business days to most European countries, and 10 business days to several weeks to all other countries. You will receive an automatic email notification with a tracking code when your order has shipped. Please allow sufficient time when ordering for a special occasion, such as a birthday or holiday gift.
- I haven’t received my order yet. What to do?
I'm sorry to hear you're still waiting for your order. Unfortunately, postal delays do occur occasionally. Sending packages from the Netherlands to addresses abroad takes time to begin with, and the shipment must always clear customs in the destination country. Sometimes a shipment gets temporarily held up by customs, and those delays are beyond my control or that of another postal service, whether you use regular mail, registered or tracked mail, or a courier. Some countries have strict security regulations, while others may have slow postal services, both of which can delay the delivery of international shipments. Delays can also occur between postal services due to differences in postal systems. Therefore, if you are certain that the shipment wasn't already delivered to you when you were not home (and that it was given to a neighbour or returned to your local post office for collection), I kindly ask for your patience and understanding. So far, all shipments have arrived at their destination, so I recommend you give it a bit longer and keep me informed of the delay. Hopefully the wait doesn't cause you too much inconvenience.
- And lastly:
This online shop is not run by a bot or a faceless e-commerce behemoth but by one human being. To get your order to your doorstep, I work with shipping, which inadvertently involves certain uncontrollable factors.
